Long weekend? I don’t even remember getting a short one…but it was worth it. After a longer than expected development cycle, I finally launched the new version of the “McSpadden Technology website”:http://www.mcspaddentechnology.com!

This is actually version 3 of the MTech site and I consider it a vast improvement in design and simplicity. (I created v2 in the backseat of a suburban on a trip from College Station to Dallas…not exactly what I would consider the ideal environment of the creative process.)

The site itself is another typo blog with a custom theme and some other tweaks and fun stuff. My favorite addition was the lightbox effects on the contact and projects links. (And by favorite I mean favorite now…not so favorite during development…though using ruby on rails and the Particletree ‘lightbox gone wild’…how can I really complain?)
